Privacy Policy

ZulfiEra AI ("ZulfiEra", "we", "us") is an AI assistant built and operated by ZulfiTech, founded by Shaik Gouse Basha. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle when you use ai.zulfi-tech.com, why, and the choices you have.
- Your chats are saved only in your own browser. Our servers don't store your conversations.
- To answer you, each message is sent to an AI model provider to generate the reply.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use your chats to train AI models.
- If you create an account, we keep your email, your settings and your daily credit usage.
1. Information we handle
Chats, files and images
Messages you type, and files, photos, sketches or voice recordings you add, are sent to our service so the AI can respond. We process them to generate the answer and don't keep them on our servers afterwards. Your chat history, projects and generated images are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data, or using Settings → Data → Delete all chats, removes them.
Account information (if you sign in)
- Your email address, used to send your sign-in code and to identify your account.
- Settings you choose: role, the name you'd like ZulfiEra to use, and "about you" personalization notes.
- Daily credit usage counters, sign-in times, your plan, and whether you joined the Premium waitlist.
- A secure session cookie so you stay signed in (up to 30 days).
Guests
If you use ZulfiEra without signing in, we set a random guest cookie and count daily credits per guest and per network (IP address) to prevent abuse. We don't link this to your identity.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and error logs, to deliver and secure the service.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: generate answers, read your files and images, create and edit images, and transcribe voice input.
- To run your account: sign-in codes, personalization and daily credits.
- To keep ZulfiEra safe and working: preventing abuse, fixing errors, and enforcing fair-use limits.
- To contact you about your account, such as a welcome email or Premium launch news if you joined the waitlist.
We do not sell your personal data, show you ads, or use your conversations to train or improve AI models.
3. Service providers we use
We rely on a few trusted providers to run ZulfiEra. They process data only on our behalf, to deliver the service:
- Cloud hosting and security: running the app, protecting it from attacks, and storing our account database.
- AI computing: running the open-source AI models that write answers, read images, transcribe voice and create or edit images.
- Email delivery: sending sign-in and account emails.
These providers may process data outside India. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. You can ask us for the current list of providers by emailing shaikgousebasha8008@gmail.com.
4. Your choices and rights
- Chats: delete them any time in Settings → Data, or by clearing your browser data.
- Personalization: edit or clear it in Settings → Personalization.
- Account: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data by emailing shaikgousebasha8008@gmail.com.
We aim to handle your data in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Security and retention
Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only in hashed (scrambled) form. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Credit usage counters are daily records used for limits and statistics.
6. Children
ZulfiEra AI is not intended for children under 13. If you're under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as ZulfiEra grows. We'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll let signed-in users know.
